I like celery .. the spicy aroma, the crunchy texture, the freshness …
Some people use them to make some soup but they wouldn’t use them all.
So I stair-fry them with canned tuna.
Soya sauce ( a bit), Mirin ( a bit ) and chilli . It can be kept for 4-5 days in fridge. Great with rice in lunch box (bento ).
Salad, pickled and this stairfried..
