Aquapazza

Because the village was just near by Japan sea, so that we could get very fresh fishes just from the fishermen boat !

These fishes ( Yellow back bream ), 3 for ¥150 ( around £1 ).

We do NOT eat or make Sushi everyday.

we cook fishes in various way, not only sushi , not only sashimi .

I have got local seasonal vegetables and local sea salt.. So I made Aquapazza 🙂

When I cook the local fishes and local vegetables, I use the local sea salt. All are the same “origin” then make the harmony 🙂
